Exchange and return

1 Carefully pack the product in its original packaging in its entirety (products supplied in a set must also be returned in a set).

2Complete the return form attached to your order.

3 Attach a copy of the cash receipt, indicate the method of refund (postal order or transfer to a bank account with the indication.

4 Send the parcel by mail to the address: Gunāra Astras iela 8, Rīga, LV-1082. Or to the parcel machine: Dzelzavas iela 72, Rīga, LV-1082

5 Before sending the parcel, please notify us by writing an email to tiger.cctv@inbox.lv

Reasons for returning or exchanging goods.

Product returns are permitted only if defects are discovered due to non-compliance with the Order terms and conditions, caused by the Seller:

If the Product was delivered to you partially or in violation of the Order terms, due to the Seller's fault, regarding the range, completeness, or quantity of the Product, you have the right to notify the Seller (no later than seven (7) calendar days after receipt) of these violations and request their rectification.

You also have the right to refuse the product and receive a refund.

Only if defects are discovered due to non-compliance with the Order terms and conditions, caused by the Seller's fault. The Product must be returned to the Seller in its original presentation, its consumer properties, seals, and factory labels. The Product must be unused.

To return the Product, you must present a document confirming the fact and conditions of its purchase.

To make a return, you must complete a return application, indicating the reasons for the return.
